About the Role

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to start with Lucas Furniture.  We’ve tripled in size and growing our already well established, long serving team. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure you are an advocate for health and safety, for your own and others around you.
• Assist in ‘shop-runs’ where required to assist the store with removals, deliveries and builds.
• Build, check and transport our wonderful furniture.
• Precisely inspect any product coming into your warehouse for any type of damage.
• Make sure any damages are reported via our warehouse procedures.
• Be friendly, professional and polite in a customer’s home, RESPECT their house and belongings.
• Take responsibility for potential errors on missed damages if they occur. Where necessary seek support (coaching and training, action plans) from your Warehouse Manager as required.
